Beading Boot Camp: Advanced Basic Training is the next step in honing your beading skills. Once you've completed your Basic Training, you are ready for the next step on your beading journey. You will learn all the techniques in the Knotting and More Fun With Wire classes. You will learn how to knot between beads with tweezers, and also the "Floating Pearl" knotting technique. You will leave with a knotted beaded bracelet. You will also learn the basic wrapped coil or "bailing" technique with wire to complete a pair of wire wrapped earrings. If you've had a taste but want to learn more, this is the perfect workshop to continue on your beading adventure. *Pre-requisite: You must have completed Beading Boot Camp: Basic Training or Let's Make a Necklace and Easy Earrings for Beginners classes. (or have knowledge and experience in these beginning techniques.)

Beading Boot Camp: Basic Training is an intensive jump start for your beading skills. If you've always wanted to make a necklace or pair of earrings, this is the workshop to get you started! You will learn all the techniques in the Let's Make a Necklace and Easy Earrings classes. You will learn about different stringing materials, wire gauges, and all sorts of findings to prepare you for your beading adventure. At the end of the workshop, you can proudly display a pair of earrings and a beaded necklace (see photos below)!

This is a great class to learn the basics of stringing simple necklaces or bracelets. We’ll teach you all about the various tools, bead stringing cords and findings. You’ll learn how to finish your pieces using clasps and crimp beads, wire guardians and crimp covers. You'll also learn about the variety of findings available for different fibers. By the end of class you will have completed a necklace and have all the skills you need to make that perfect accessory!
