SHIPPING/HANDLING:
No Minimum Orders! All orders will be shipped out UPS or USPS (whichever you choose)within 24 hours of receipt of order, unless the customer specifies otherwise. You will receive a confirmation via email once your order is complete. The shipping charges stated are for shipping within the United States only. Extra shipping charges will occur for items shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and outside the U.S. Please email for shipping rates. RUSH shipments are available at an extra charge based on the weight of the package. Please note that we can’t ship UPS to a P.O. Box. UPS shipments generally take 3 to 5 days.

RETURNS:
If we ship any order incompletely or incorrectly, we will of course correct it at no charge. If, after receiving your order, you feel like “this isn’t quite what I had in mind” we will gladly accept its return within 30 days of purchase for “store credit” only. Shipping will be your responsibility. Before returning an item, you must call for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a valid RA#. All items must be unopened and in original packaging. Stringing materials are not returnable.
