SHIPPING/HANDLING:
Most orders will be shipped out via UPS within 48 hours of receipt, however
please allow up to 5 business days to ship. If you would like faster shipping,
please let us know. You will receive a confirmation via email once your
order is complete. RUSH shipments are available at an extra charge based
on the weight of the package. Please note that we can’t ship UPS
to a P.O. Box. UPS shipments generally take 3 to 5 days. We can’t
vouch for anything sent via SnailMail. Therefore, we greatly discourage
shipping anything by the U.S. Postal Service. International orders require
special shipping. Please contact us for more information.

RETURNS:
If
Caravan Beads ships any order incompletely or incorrectly, we will of
course correct it at no charge. If, after receiving your order, you feel
like “this isn’t quite what I had in mind” we will gladly
accept its return within 30 days of purchase for “store credit”
only. Shipping will be your responsibility. Before returning an item,
you must call for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted
without a valid RA#. All items must be unopened and in original packaging.
Stringing materials are not returnable.
